Use

Perfect for BJJ, MMA, wrestling, boxing and other martial arts where mouth protection is required.

Shaping (boil & bite):

  • Heat water to 80–90°C
  • In the water: 12 sec → cool down: 30 sec
  • On the upper jaw: bite together, suck in and shape ( 5 sec middle + 45 sec edges )
  • In ice water: 10 min → test fit
  • If necessary: ​​re-do or trim carefully with scissors

Tip: Test the fit before the first session – if necessary, you can reshape the mouthguard.
